  • Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address technical and construction-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management systems throughout project execution.
  • Support the implementation of value engineering initiatives and provide practical engineering solutions to site challenges.
  • Maintain and review project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, testing and commissioning reports, NCRs, snag lists, and handover documentation.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to integrated MEP systems.
  • Support final inspections, integrated systems testing, commissioning activities, snag rectification, and project handover to the client.

Requirements

  • 6–12 years of experience in the execution, supervision, or management of integrated MEP projects within commercial, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, airport, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure developments.
  • Strong experience in coordinating electrical systems with HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, ELV, BMS, and other building services.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical distribution systems, building services engineering, and multidisciplinary MEP coordination.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interdisciplinary coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously while meeting project deadlines.
