Electrical Engineer (Optical Product)

The engineer will support Contract Manufacturer's manufacturing operation and act as the communication bridge between oversee and the CM (Contract Manufacturer) regarding NPI/test issues, focusing on test engineering for optical transceiver products.

• Install the approved software on the test equipment as stated in the process instructions.
• Understand test script development
• Ensure NPI test area stable, improve and enhance test features as required
• Test leader of NPI test issues
• Document test benches and/or test scripts
• Support CM activity to achieve customer demand

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Electrical engineering or related field
• 10+ years engineering experience with background in optical / telecom / fiber-optic / photonics manufacturing
• Experience with transceiver testing
• Experience with Burn-in testing, Pre-test, Final test, Test equipment, Test scripts, Test fixture / test bench, Troubleshooting / fault isolation
• NPI / New Product Introduction experience
• Upper Intermediate level of English (Need to communicate with overseas team)
