Position: Pod Lead Electrical Engineering & Computer Science

Type: Short-Term Contractor

Compensation: Up to $20/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Lead technical trainers in developing AI training tasks.
• Review technical implementations and validate automated tests.
• Mentor trainers to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
• Evaluate reproducibility and quality of engineering tasks.
• Ensure technical accuracy in simulations and tests.

Requirements

• Possess advanced technical expertise in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
• Demonstrate strong programming skills in languages like C/C++, Python, or MATLAB.
• Exhibit advanced Linux and terminal proficiency.
• Have hands-on expertise in parallel computing or scientific software.
• Show strong understanding of algorithms and engineering principles.
• Experience in mentoring or leading technical teams.
