Electrical Engineer (Panel Maker)

• Design and develop electrical systems and panel configurations based on project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical documents including SLD, wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and BOM.
• Perform electrical calculations and component selection for project needs.
• Coordinate with Project, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure project readiness.
• Support installation, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical standards and customer specifications.
• Provide technical support during project execution and customer discussions.
• Support implementation of company QHSE and quality management systems.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical engineering, panel systems, or related industry (fresh graduates with strong competencies are welcome).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels, MCC panels, and power distribution.
• Able to read and create SLD, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD / EPLAN or similar electrical design software.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Good teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under project deadlines.
