ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (PG/KL)

Job Scope

-Design and layout of industrial electrical control panels, ensuring proper thermal management and component spacing within the enclosure.

-Component Selection: Specify and source critical components including Circuit Breakers, Contactors, PLCs, VFDs, Relays, and Power Supplies.

-Perform power consumption analysis to determine wire sizing, fusing, and overall system amperage requirements.

-Create and maintain electrical schematics (Single Line Diagrams, Wiring Diagrams, I/O Maps) using CAD software (AutoCAD Electrical).

-Ensure all drawings comply with industrial standards (IEC, UL, or local MS standards).

-Develop or assist in PLC programming and HMI interface design to automate the abatement process.

-Integrate feedback loops for temperature, pressure, and flow sensors into the main control system.

-Supervise the assembly of the electrical panel and perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).

-Troubleshoot electrical faults during the prototype and commissioning phases.

Desired Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in industrial automation, machinery design, or power systems.

Education : Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineering.

Skills:

-Proficiency in Electrical CAD

-Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, etc.) is a plus.
