Electrical Engineer – PLC experience plus (36289)

Global industrial components manufacturer is looking for Electrical Engineer – PLC experience plus near Austin, TX . Ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience with electrical infrastructure maintenance, PLC programming experience in manufacturing industry. This position is full-time / Direct-hire position with comprehensive benefit package.

Korean/ English Bilingual Electrical Engineer Responsibilities:

• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Maintenance of production equipment
• Perform tests on machinery to ensure quality and performance standard compliance
• Creating of maintenance and project reports for management
• Potential training or supervision of other facility employees
• Implementation of new systems and manufacturing processes
• Adherence to company compliance policies, guidelines, and procedures (OSHA, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Korean/ English Bilingual Electrical Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years’ experience with electrical infrastructure maintenance, PLC programming experience in manufacturing industry
• Deep familiarity with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and controls systems
• Familiarity with 5S, ISO, OSHA, and other industry quality/safety standards
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and adapt to pressure
• Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
• This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
