Electrical Engineer – Project Management

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Electrical Engineer – Project Management to oversee the planning, execution, coordination, and successful completion of electrical engineering projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with applicable engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee electrical engineering projects from initiation to project turnover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project specifications, electrical drawings, technical documents, and contract requirements.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, manpower requirements, and material forecasts.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, procurement status, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), company standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare project reports, accomplishment reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, project acceptance, and turnover activities.
• Lead project meetings and provide technical guidance to site engineers and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 2–5 years of experience in electrical project management, construction, industrial, or power-related projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), electrical systems, and engineering standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera is an advantage).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
• Willing to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
