Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the commissioning team for green field and brown field projects in the oil & gas industry.
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in electrical projects or related fields (oil & gas).
- Strong understanding of brown field project execution, including troubleshooting and repair of existing infrastructure.
- Proven track record in leading green field projects from concept to completion.
