Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer / Quality Engineer to support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of electrical systems and quality standards. The role combines engineering knowledge with a strong focus on reliability, compliance, performance, and process improvement.

You will be responsible for reviewing electrical designs, specifications, components, and technical documentation to ensure alignment with applicable standards and project requirements. The role also involves supporting inspection and testing activities, identifying technical and quality issues, analyzing root causes, and working with relevant teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and project teams to establish quality requirements, improve processes, resolve non-conformities, and maintain consistent technical standards. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to balance engineering requirements with practical quality considerations.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, circuits, testing methods, and engineering principles.
• Good knowledge of quality management principles, inspection procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, technical reports, and relevant documentation.
• Familiarity with applicable electrical, safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Ability to conduct or support testing, inspection, verification, and quality assessment activities.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to documentation and process control.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across engineering, quality, production, and supplier teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
