Electrical Engineer (Solar)

About the role

RayEnergy Innovation Tech Inc. is looking for a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) with experience in the solar energy industry to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support our solar projects through site visits, technical assessment, installation supervision, and after-sales service. This position will work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and our internal engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits, inspections, and technical assessments for solar PV projects.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of solar energy systems.
• Ensure all designs and installations comply with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and system testing to identify and resolve electrical and solar-related issues.
• Provide after-sales technical support and service for installed solar PV systems.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding technical and project requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, site assessment reports, electrical documentation, and provide engineering recommendations for solar projects.

About you

• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• At least 1-3 years of experience in the solar energy industry or a related electrical field.
• Experience in solar PV installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, or after-sales service is highly preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits, perform field work, and travel to project locations as required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed fresh graduates with relevant solar training or internship experience may also be considered.
