Electrical Engineer- Testing & Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Testing & Commissioning Engineer - IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY with strong hands-on experience in data centers or other critical infrastructure projects.
**Candidates who are open to relocate from India or based in UAE who can join immediately only are eligible to apply**
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical engineering systems, installation, testing and commissioning, with the ability to interpret engineering parameters, test results and system performance—not just follow testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Execute testing and commissioning activities for electrical systems.
Review drawings, specifications, SLDs and technical documentation.
Conduct functional and performance testing of electrical equipment and systems.
Interpret testing data, engineering parameters and system performance.
Identify faults and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and project teams.
Prepare testing, commissioning and inspection documentation.
Support integrated systems testing and final system verification.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong experience in Electrical Testing & Commissioning.
Data centre / mission-critical project experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS/STS and power distribution.
Hands-on understanding of how electrical systems are installed, connected and operated.
Ability to understand engineering numbers and determine whether systems are performing as designed.
Knowledge of formal commissioning processes is an advantage but not a deal breaker.
Key Requirement: We are looking for a technically strong engineer with genuine hands-on electrical knowledge and testing experience, rather than someone experienced only in following commissioning procedures.
