ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a driven and motivated Electrical Technician to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to apply their knowledge and skills in the growing renewable energy sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training and Exposure
Participate in in-depth training at our Bataan solar farm.
Gain hands-on experience in the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems.

Plant Management
Manage the Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS) for solar plant sites.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal system performance.

Substation Operations
Oversee operations and maintenance of electrical substations.
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues to maintain efficiency.

Collaboration
Work closely with project managers and technicians to support solar facilities.
Provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Compliance and Reporting
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards.
Prepare performance and maintenance reports for electrical systems.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Graduate in Electrical Installation/Maintenance or Renewable/Alternative Energy programs, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Skills
Strong problem-solving skills

Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team

Genuine interest in green energy and sustainability.
