Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer – Transmission Line to manage and supervise transmission line construction activities, including tower erection, foundation works, conductor stringing, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise execution of HV/EHV transmission line projects at site.
• Monitor transmission tower foundation and erection activities.
• Supervise tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, and tensioning.
• Ensure proper installation of conductors, earth wires, OPGW, insulators, and hardware fittings.
• Check alignment, tower locations, and right-of-way (ROW) requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed as per schedule.
• Verify materials received at site against approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved method statements, drawings, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and maintain daily progress reports and site records.
• Coordinate with clients/consultants for inspections and approvals.
• Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and site HSE requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.

Required Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in HV/EHV Transmission Line projects.
• Experience in transmission line construction and erection is preferred.
• Knowledge of tower erection, conductor stringing, sagging, OPGW, insulator installation, and line accessories.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, and safety procedures.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
