Position: Electrical Engineer – Utility

Job Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary Package: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 Per Annum (CTC)
Qualification: Diploma/BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Relevant experience in Electrical Utility / Distribution Network Operations preferred
Industry: Electrical Utility / Power Distribution

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations of HT/LT electrical distribution networks, service connections, and street lighting.
• Monitor fault restoration, maintenance activities, and service delivery against KPIs, SLAs, and TAT.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, Permit to Work (PTW), and PPE requirements.
• Supervise Junior Engineers, Planners, Supervisors, and field teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Verify measurement sheets, timesheets, billing documents, and job completion reports.
• Plan manpower, materials, vehicles, tools, and field job dispatch.
• Maintain As-Built drawings, GIS updates, and daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Use Power BI dashboards and operational reports to monitor performance.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of HT/LT electrical distribution and utility operations.
• Experience in fault analysis, maintenance, and field team coordination.
• Understanding of KPIs, SLAs, RCA, CAPA, PTW, and PPE.
• Knowledge of Power BI and performance reporting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
