Job Title: Electrical engineer Location: New Freedom, PA

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities:
• Research existing product designs to research redundant components to streamline and optimize designs.
• Review Bills of Materials (BOMs) to identify opportunities for component commonization.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Conduct simulations to evaluate the feasibility of component substitutions.
• Proactively participate in testing of 3-phase systems and troubleshooting activities, taking initiative while seeking guidance from senior engineers as needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of designs, simulations, and testing processes.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic electrical engineering principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with using oscilloscopes, power analyzers etc.
• Sound understanding of electrical components and systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOMs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with electrical testing and troubleshooting, including independently identifying and resolving common circuit and system-level issues.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as SPICE, Saber for validating design changes and component substitutions.
• Nice to Have:
• Exposure to 3 phase motors
