Electrical Engineer（data center）

About the role

Responsible for end-to-end operation, maintenance, and technical management of data center electrical systems, covering the operation, repair, maintenance, and modification of core electrical equipment such as diesel generator sets, UPS, and power distribution control cabinets.

Key responsibilities

• Review maintenance reports, evaluate the reasonableness of repairs and labor time accuracy, formulate overhaul schemes for major failures, and complete cost analyses
• Standardize and ensure the implementation of electrical systems; prepare Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Preventive Maintenance plans, and Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOP)
• Supervise and implement the execution of electrical system equipment maintenance contracts
• Conduct dynamic management, analysis, and summaries of power capacity for data center power consumption management and energy-saving optimization
• Prepare PUE tables and conduct in-depth analysis, provide accurate power consumption data, and explore energy-saving potential in electrical systems
• Conduct system architecture and equipment risk assessments, and track rectification for electrical system risk management
• Manage the full process of electrical system overhauls, hazard rectifications, and customer modifications to ensure construction safety and quality
• Organize and archive relevant electrical-related documents and regularly inspect O&M tools
• Participate in reviewing and optimizing electrical drawings for new data centers and follow up on issue rectification
• Provide technical support for new construction projects

About you

• Full-time associate degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Heavy Current, or related fields
• 1+ years of work experience in the data center industry
• Experience and capability in managing power supply systems for data centers or park-style data centers
• Strong sense of responsibility, customer awareness, and teamwork spirit
• Proficient in using common office software, familiar with AutoCAD
• Fluency in English is preferred; fluent Chinese is a plus
