Electrical Engineering Associate

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the assembly and integration of power generation systems using turbines. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about the design, assembly, and commissioning of power systems, including low and high-voltage equipment, electrical control systems, and auxiliary components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) for project accuracy.
• Prepare and track Material Requisitions to ensure availability of required components.
• Assist in personnel coordination for assembly and installation activities.
• Learn and support the integration of low voltage (LV) systems, Motor Control Centers (MCC), battery chargers, and high-voltage switchgear.
• Gain knowledge of turbine systems, hydraulic components, and ventilation systems used in power generation.
• Work closely with senior engineers to understand electrical system design and functionality.
• Participate in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards in all tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (recent graduates or final-year students encouraged to apply).
• EIT certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• Interest in power generation systems and electrical integration.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, control systems, and industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to project needs.
• Spanish is a plus
