Electrical Engineering Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in preparing electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical.
• Support the design of LT panels, PCC, MCC, and distribution panels.
• Understand electrical switchgear, components, and industrial electrical systems.
• Coordinate with production and testing teams for technical requirements.
• Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and electrical panel costing.
• Collect and compare prices of electrical components and switchgear.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
• Learn material costing, project costing, and basic quotation calculations.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech / Diploma students or fresh graduates in Electrical Engineering.
• Candidates with AutoCAD knowledge and an interest in both technical and commercial activities will be preferred.
