Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to join our team. We are a stable and growing MEP firm looking for professionals who are excited to expand their careers and help guide our firm into the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of projects, including proposal writing, scope development, design scope definition, scheduling, staff management, and construction administration.
• Successfully complete projects while ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.
• Manage multiple projects across disciplines (MEP/FP) and with various clients throughout all stages of design and construction.
• Lead and mentor electrical engineering designers.
• Oversee electrical design disciplines, including lighting, power and low-voltage systems, electrical load calculations, and layouts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an electrical emphasis).
• Professional Engineer (PE) License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for project management experience.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Teams, AutoCAD, Revit, and PDF editing software.
• Experience with specification writing, including MasterSpec or similar programs.
• Strong working knowledge of applicable state and local building codes.
