OVERVIEW:

We are seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to support the supervision, installation, testing, and commissioning of Control & Instrumentation (C&I) systems for a major hydropower project .

We welcome applications from both:

1. Electrical Resident Engineer (Control & Instrumentation)
2. Electrical Site Engineer (Control & Instrumentation)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Resident Engineers

• Lead supervision activities for Control & Instrumentation systems.
• Review contractor submissions, testing procedures, control philosophies, and technical documentation.
• Monitor quality, progress, and contractor performance.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and project stakeholders.
• Review system integration activities.
• Support testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports and progress updates.

Site Engineers

• Conduct daily inspection of instrumentation and control installations.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Witness testing, calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor construction progress and installation quality.
• Report technical issues and site observations.
• Maintain inspection records and site documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

Resident Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in supervision, testing, and commissioning of industrial control systems.
• Experience in power plants, hydropower facilities, industrial plants, or similar infrastructure projects.

Site Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in instrumentation installation, site supervision, testing, or commissioning.
• Familiarity with industrial control and monitoring systems.
