Renewable Green Energy Limited (RGE Ltd) is a renewable energy installation company based in North Wales. We deliver solar PV, battery storage, heat pumps and whole-house retrofit measures for homeowners, social housing providers and energy-efficiency schemes across North Wales and the North West.

We work across many properties in a single week, so our installers follow clear procedures for safety, paperwork and customer care in line with Gas Safe, MCS, TrustMark, PAS 2035 & NICEIC.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Electrician to carry out electrical installation and maintenance work across a range of domestic properties.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and commission domestic electrical systems, including solar PV, battery storage and circuits linked to heat pumps and retrofit measures
• Carry out electrical safety checks and complete all relevant certification and paperwork accurately
• Work across multiple properties in North Wales, planning your day to make efficient use of travel time
• Work safely and in line with company health and safety procedures and electrical regulations
• Liaise with the operations team on job scope, materials and scheduling

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an electrician
• Solar PV installation experience (essential)
• Qualifications in line with the 18th Edition wiring regulations (e.g. C&G 2391 or equivalent), with current registration where applicable
• DBS check
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools and equipment (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and good customer communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

Pay: £25.00-£30.00 per hour
