Electrical Engineer(Tendering)

Key Responsibilities

• Study and review electrical tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and material/labour estimates based on drawings and project requirements.
• Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, cost estimates, and quotations.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with vendors for material pricing, availability, and technical specifications.
• Review electrical drawings and identify required materials and quantities.
• Prepare comparative statements and costing sheets.
• Ensure tender submissions are complete and submitted within the required deadline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for tender-related clarifications.
• Assist in preparing technical compliance statements and tender documentation.
• Analyse project scope, specifications, commercial terms, and tender conditions.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, quotations, BOQs, and pricing data.
• Support the project team during post-tender negotiations and finalization.
• Track tender status and follow up on submitted quotations.
• Perform other electrical estimation and tendering activities as required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
