As we continue to expand, we are looking for an exceptional electrical engineer to join our growing team. What You'll Do

• Lead pioneering research in the integration of AI and machine learning into hearing aid hardware to deliver adaptive, intelligent solutions for audio processing, noise cancellation, and personalized user experience.
• Conduct foundational and applied research into novel hardware technologies, including next-generation sensors, circuits, and signal processing techniques.
• Explore and evaluate emerging trends in AI, acoustics, and related fields to drive hardware innovation in hearing aid solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including AI researchers and software engineers, to develop algorithms that improve the adaptability and performance of hearing aids.
• Perform in-depth analysis and simulations to assess the feasibility and performance of new hardware concepts, ensuring they meet technical and user needs.
• Produce detailed technical documentation, research reports, and academic publications to contribute to scientific knowledge and industry standards.
• Continuously track advancements in AI, audio processing, and hearing technology to identify new research opportunities and ensure the team stays at the forefront of innovation.
• Participate in patent filings, academic conferences, and collaborations to further the field of hearing aid technology. What We're Looking For
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an electrical engineer in designing high-volume consumer electronics or hearing aid products.
• Proficiency in PCB and flex board designs, schematic capture, and layout, with a solid understanding of embedded systems and microcontroller programming.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering, covering both analog and digital concepts.
• Exceptional analytical and hardware debugging skills, with a knack for data analysis and summarization.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant relevant work experience.
