Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma/B.E. Electrical Engineering graduates who are eager to build their careers in the Electrical Control Panel industry. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in estimation, technical proposal preparation, and sales support while working closely with experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Estimation & Proposal Support:

• Learn to understand RFQs, customer inquiries, and technical specifications.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates for LT Control Panels (MCC, PCC, APFC, PLC Panels).
• Support preparation of Bill of Materials (BOM) under senior engineer guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors for component pricing and technical details.
• Assist in preparing techno-commercial quotations and proposals.

2. Technical Learning & Documentation:

• Learn to read Single Line Diagrams (SLD), GA Drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Support the engineering team in preparing technical documents.
• Gain knowledge of IEC/IS standards and electrical panel manufacturing practices.
• Assist in identifying cost-effective engineering solutions.

3. Sales Support & Customer Coordination

• Support the sales team in responding to customer inquiries. • Follow up on quotations and customer feedback.
• Assist in preparing technical clarifications and project-related documents.
• Build professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

4. Internal Coordination:

• Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Quality departments.
• Support order documentation and project handover activities.
• Maintain records of quotations, customer communications, and project status.
• Perform other tasks assigned by seniors as part of training and development.

Eligibility:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
• 1- 3 Years of experience are required.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical Control Panels, Switchgear, PLC, VFD, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, learning attitude, and basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and learn estimation & technical sales.
