Electrical Estimator

We’re growing and expanding our team to better serve customers across Manitoba. PennLite is looking for a Senior Electrical Estimator who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants to be part of a team that stands behind what it builds.

What You’ll Do

• Review drawings and tender documents to define project scope
• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates
• Get and analyze pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Lead bid packages to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
• Identify cost-saving/value engineering opportunities
• Work with project managers for smooth project handoff
• Maintain estimating records and historical cost data

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of electrical methods, materials
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple bids at once
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
