Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.

  • Deep understanding of the NEC, local Las Vegas codes, and the ability to read complex blueprints and schematics. Experience with residential finishes is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage crews, resolve on-site conflicts, and keep teams motivated
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
  • Ability to coordinate construction schedules effectively while managing multiple priorities across various projects.
  • Strong communication skills for managing crews, interfacing with clients or contractors, and ensuring clear project documentation.

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to perform daily site walkthroughs and occasionally assist with field work in varying weather conditions, including extreme Las Vegas summer heat.
  • Ability to safely navigate active, unfinished custom home construction sites, which includes walking on uneven terrain, dirt lots, and temporary flooring.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull, or carry tools and materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires the stamina to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and occasionally crawl when inspecting residential attics, basements, or tight crawlspaces. Must be comfortable climbing ladders and maintaining balance on ladders and scaffolding.
