  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and provide direction on appropriate solutions.

Safety & Code Compliance

  • Promote and enforce safe work practices and jobsite safety requirements.
  • Ensure electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local and state requirements.
  • Identify potential hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Ensure crews properly use tools, equipment, personal protective equipment, and safety procedures.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate electrical activities with project leadership, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Monitor daily progress against project schedules and communicate potential delays or constraints.
  • Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower needs to support efficient field operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, field conditions, and project progress.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar field leadership role in commercial construction.
  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent electrical certification, as applicable to the jurisdiction.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising electrical crews and coordinating work on active construction projects.

Core Competencies

  • Electrical & Technical Expertise

  • Advanced knowledge of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, equipment, and troubleshooting.

  • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

  • Thorough understanding of the NEC, electrical codes, and industry safety standards.
