Electrical Foreman

The Electrical Foreman is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising the work of all within a team of Electricians, Foreman and Apprentices.

The Foreman will be based at our Hartlepool manufacturing advanced facility, working 7-3-7-4 shift pattern consisting of 12 hour shifts, days and nights.

• Carry out and record site inspections (PPMs)
• Ensure all works are carried out in line with approve method statements
• Deliver toolbox talks/briefings
• Share and pass on knowledge to teams
• Ensure gangs/site operatives complete all required documentation
• Track and document daily work productions
• Co-ordinate delivery/pick up of materials as required
• Day to day management of people within the team
• Responsible for the competency levels and training within the team
• Work as part of a team & contribute towards successful communication & positive Ensure spare parts usage is tracked correctly

Qualifications/Training

• CSCS Card- Required
• Electrical Qualification (including Inspection and
• Testing) ECS / JIB Required
• Ipaf, 3A and 3B- Required
• 18th Edition- Required
• Hot works permit trained- Required
• SSSTS/SMSTS- Desirable
• First Aider- Desirable
