We're expanding our team and seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews, take pride in the craft, and keep a collaborative, safety-focused jobsite.

Position Overview
The Electrical Foreman will lead and supervise field crews in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems. The role keeps work on schedule, within budget, and up to code and safety standards. It's ideal for a seasoned electrician who leads by example and is comfortable running work in active facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign work to electricians, apprentices, and helpers, and train and mentor junior staff
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including LED lighting upgrades and retrofits
• Read blueprints and schematics, and diagnose complex electrical problems in the field
• Enforce NEC, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements, and make sure work passes inspection
• Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment with project managers, GCs, facility staff, and inspectors
• Keep accurate daily reports, time sheets, and change-order documentation

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional electrical experience, including prior experience leading crews
• A valid electrical license or equivalent experience (state requirements vary) is a strong plus
• Thorough knowledge of the NEC and OSHA standards (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, plus clear spoken and written English to direct crews and complete job documentation
• Ability to work at heights on lifts and scaffolding, and proficiency with tools and testing equipment
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
