Electrical Foreman

Line Side Electric is hiring a skilled, dependable Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial construction projects. If you take pride in quality work, keep jobs moving, and enjoy leading from the field, we want to hear from you.

Travel is required. This position includes overnight stays and assignments away from home. Applicants must be willing and able to travel as project needs require.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and work alongside electricians on commercial projects.
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep crews productive.
• Read electrical drawings and coordinate installations.
• Manage materials and communicate upcoming needs.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.
• Maintain safe jobsites and high standards of workmanship.
• Track progress, resolve field issues, and keep projects on schedule.
• Mentor crew members and help develop their skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong commercial electrical installation experience.
• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience.
• Ability to run a job from layout through completion.
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and jobsite safety.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness and availability to travel, including overnight stays—required.
