Electrical Foreman

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead and oversee electrical construction projects within the new apartment/townhome builds. This role is vital in ensuring that electrical installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As an Electrical Foreman, you will manage teams of electricians, coordinate with project managers, and ensure compliance with all safety and construction regulations. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and excellence.

Location: Glassboro and West Deptford Projects

Will run new low and midrise construction projects.

Must have minimum of 10 years’ experience.
Must have run projects with crew of at least 15 electricians.
Must have OSHA Card

Must have Residential and commercial code knowledge.
Read blueprints and specs.
Layout work.
Manage production.
Order materials.
Meet with inspectors.
Meet with client reps.

Foreman Rates starting at $35 – $50 an hour depending on experience
Clean work all new construction
Yearly reviews for pay increase

Top pay including Holiday, Vacation and Overtime Pay.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
