Electrical Foreman — $45–$50/hour

AJC Electrical Construction Inc. is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman to join our team.

Pay: $45–$50 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a reliable, experienced foreman who can lead electrical crews, coordinate daily field activities, and make sure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on the job site
• Plan and assign daily work to crew members
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, schedules, and details
• Coordinate electrical work with other trades and site supervision
• Lay out electrical rooms, feeders, branch circuits, lighting, power, and equipment connections
• Ensure installations meet NEC, project specifications, and local code requirements
• Monitor productivity and keep the project on schedule
• Coordinate material, equipment, and manpower requirements
• Identify field conflicts and report RFIs or project issues to the Project Manager
• Perform and supervise conduit installation, wire pulling, terminations, panels, lighting, devices, and electrical equipment
• Maintain a safe and organized job site
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce company safety procedures
• Track employee hours and daily work performed
• Communicate daily progress, delays, and material needs to the Project Manager
• Inspect completed work for quality before inspections
• Coordinate with inspectors when required
• Maintain professional communication with the GC, subcontractors, and other trades

Requirements:

• Strong commercial electrical experience
• Previous experience leading an electrical crew
• Ability to read electrical and architectural drawings
• Strong knowledge of NEC requirements
• Ability to organize manpower and meet project schedules
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Must be dependable and able to work independently
• OSHA certification is preferred
