Electrical Forman

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily electrical works at the construction site.

* Manage and allocate tasks to electricians, helpers, and technicians.

* Ensure electrical installation works are completed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

* Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, and details.

* Coordinate with the Electrical Engineer, MEP team, subcontractors, and other site teams.

* Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

* Supervise containment installation, cable pulling, cable termination, DB installation, lighting, power, and small power systems.

* Ensure proper installation, alignment, dressing, labeling, and termination of cables.

* Assist with electrical inspections, testing, commissioning, and rectification works.

* Identify site issues and report them to the Electrical Engineer for timely resolution.

* Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and manpower at site.

* Maintain good housekeeping and ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements.

Requirements

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Electrical/MEP construction works.

* Good practical experience in electrical installation and site execution.

* Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and layouts.

* Proven experience managing electricians and helpers on construction sites.

* Good knowledge of:

* Cable containment and tray/trunking installation

* Cable pulling and dressing

* Cable termination and glanding

* Distribution Board (DB) installation

* Lighting and power systems

* Small power and electrical accessories

* UAE construction experience is preferred.

* UAE Driving License is preferred.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
