We’re looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Industrial Electrician Helpers. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced electricians in industrial and manufacturing environments.

What You’ll Do

Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial electrical systems.

Help install conduit, pull wire and cable, and organize electrical materials.

Transport tools, equipment, and supplies to job sites.

Assist with mounting motors, panels, transformers, and other electrical components.

Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements and site-specific safety rules.

Learn valuable electrical skills while supporting experienced team members.

Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform physical work.

Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools is a plus.

Previous construction, industrial, or electrical experience is preferred but not required.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver's license are a plus, depending on project requirements.
