The Opportunity You will serve as an essential team member supporting licensed electricians on dynamic multi-family and commercial property maintenance and renovation projects. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience pulling wire, installing fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical systems under direct guidance. How You Will Make An Impact

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems.
• Help install and replace electrical fixtures, outlets, switches, and lighting components under supervision.
• Assist with pulling, routing, and securing electrical wiring and cables across project sites.
• Prepare work areas, gather required materials, and organize tools to maintain job site efficiency.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic meters as directed by the supervising electrician.
• Help identify electrical issues, complete service work orders, and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and job site instructions under supervision.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Possession and maintenance of personal hand tools required for entry-level electrical work.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 70 pounds, standing, and climbing ladders.
• Strong desire to learn electrical systems, work safely, and follow instructions from supervising electricians.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Completion of, or current enrollment in, an electrical trade program or technical school.
• Previous hands-on experience in construction, property maintenance, or general electrical helper tasks.
• Familiarity with basic electrical codes, power tools, and reading basic wiring schematics.
