Electrical Improver/Mate

Overview
We are seeking a motivated qualified Electrical Improver/mate to join our skilled team. The successful candidate will assist senior electricians with various tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance projects. Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
• Test in occupied/unoccupied properties - produce digitally EICR's
• Carry out follow on remedials arising from EICRs
• Carry out installation/upgrade works within Domestic/Commercial premises.
• Prepare work areas by organizing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Fault finding/troubleshooting basic electrical issues
• Follow technical instructions and safety guidelines during all tasks.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.
• MUST HAVE LEVEL 3 NVQ / 18TH EDITION
• 2391 TEST & INSPECTION ADVANTAGEOUS / WILLING TO COMPLETE
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely following established procedures and guidelines.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.

Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
