What they need
- Minimum of 6–8 years in electrical installation with supervisory experience
- Supervise electrical installation teams and ensure quality work
- Manage and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Oversee installation of electrical systems and equipment
- Provide technical guidance to installation teams
- Report on project progress and resolve installation issues
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or related field experience
- Knowledge of AMI/smart meter installation standards preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in electrical installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
