About Faith Pro Service
Faith Pro Service is a national backup power installation service network that helps manufacturers, distributors, resellers, and customers complete residential backup power installations with confidence. As an authorized Anker SOLIX partner, FPS supports installation coordination for systems such as Anker SOLIX power stations and battery backup solutions.
Our team manages the installation process from customer intake to electrician coordination, scheduling, site assessment follow-up, permitting support, installation updates, and final quality verification. We work with licensed electricians and installation partners to make each project clear, organized, compliant, and professionally completed.
This role is part of our operations team and plays an important role in making sure customers, electricians, and partners stay aligned from the beginning of the order to final job completion.
Role Overview
As an Electrical Installation Project Coordinator, you will help manage residential backup power installation projects from initial customer intake to final completion. This role focuses on customer communication, electrician coordination, project follow-up, documentation, and helping ensure each installation moves forward smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have an electrical engineering, electrical technology, construction, or field service background. Experience working with electricians or electrical contractors is strongly preferred. Experience preparing or supporting electrical drawings and permit-related documents is a plus, but not required.
This role is a strong fit for someone who understands basic electrical concepts, communicates clearly with both customers and electricians, and can stay organized while managing multiple installation projects.
What You Will Do
- Manage assigned installation orders from initial assignment to job completion.
- Contact electricians to confirm availability, scheduling, estimates, permits, and installation progress.
- Communicate with customers and answer questions about the installation process.
- Explain which electrician will be handling the installation and help coordinate next steps.
- Follow up with both customers and electricians until the installation is fully completed.
- Track job status, notes, documents, photos, and completion forms in our internal system.
- Help make sure required documents, permits, photos, and completion information are collected properly.
- Escalate issues when customers or electricians need additional support.
- Maintain professional, clear, and patient communication with all parties.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for someone who is:
- Patient, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both customers and electricians.
- Able to follow up consistently without dropping tasks.
- Willing to learn about home electrical installations and backup power systems.
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at the same time.
- Professional, polite, and calm when handling customer questions or job delays.
- Hardworking and dependable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in electrical engineering, electrical design, electrical technology, construction, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years experience in managing and coordinating electrical projects, or experience working as an electrical engineer, electrical designer, field engineer, permit coordinator, or electrical project assistant.
- 1+ years experience in customer service, scheduling, coordination, or administrative work.
- Experience preparing electrical drawings or permit documents for residential or light commercial electrical projects.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using online tools, forms, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/project tracking systems.
- Ability to work independently and keep tasks moving.
- Willingness to learn technical installation details over time.
What You Will Learn
- Field service operations and installation coordination.
- Customer communication and issue resolution.
- How residential backup power and electrical installation projects are managed.
- How to work with electricians, customers, and internal teams.
- Real-world operations experience in a growing service business.
Compensation
$19 - $25/hr
Compensation will be based on experience, availability, and role scope.
Performance-based bonus may be available based on individual performance, job completion quality, follow-through, and business needs.
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
