Electrical Installer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Installer to carry out electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and related electrical works in industrial and project environments. Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of electrical systems and experience working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, wiring, and components.
• Perform electrical installation works according to approved drawings and safety standards.
• Read and understand electrical drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Carry out testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with project specifications and HSE requirements.
• Work safely in industrial environments, including oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power, utilities, and heavy industrial projects.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to complete work efficiently.
• Follow company procedures, permit-to-work systems, and electrical safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and proper condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical installation.
• 2 years of experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, power, utilities, or heavy industrial projects is required/preferred.
• Electrical Trade Certificate, ITI, NVQ, or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation methods, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in major industrial, refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, or utilities projects will be given preference.
