Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• 8-hour shifts

Requirements:

• Journeyman Electrician License or Limited to House Wiring License Required
• Working knowledge of residential electrical systems and electrical code
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to safely diagnose, install, repair, and complete residential electrical work
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners
• Professional appearance and communication
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic comfort with technology and company software
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with dispatch and the team
• Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and participate in weekly training

Position Summary:

Earn $40/hour with the chance to make $80K-$100K+ a year as an Electrical Installer with Miracle Electric. Do great electrical work, take care of the customer, and clean up your mess — because your Mom doesn’t work here.

We’re looking for a skilled, dependable electrician who can work without someone standing over them. Show up, do good work, be nice to people, and keep learning and growing. Simple stuff - Big opportunity!

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, repairs, and replacements according to applicable electrical codes and Miracle Electric standards.
• Evaluate assigned work and prepare the appropriate tools, equipment, and materials before beginning the job.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners about the work being completed and what they can expect throughout the appointment.
• Protect customers' homes and property while completing electrical work.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and thoroughly clean the jobsite before leaving.
• Safely and effectively operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, testing equipment, and other electrical equipment.
• Follow electrical codes, safety procedures, and company installation standards on every job.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding arrival times, job status, changes, delays, and job completion.
• Complete required job documentation accurately using the company's technology and iPad.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear the required Miracle Electric uniform.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs from arrival through completion rather than waiting to be continuously directed.
• Identify jobsite concerns and communicate issues before they become larger problems.
• Work efficiently while maintaining workmanship and customer-service standards.
• Oversee and provide hands-on guidance to a helper when assigned.
• Help developing team members understand proper installation techniques, jobsite expectations, and customer-service standards.
• Participate in weekly meetings and training.
• Maintain company tools, equipment, vehicle, and materials responsibly.
• Support the team when schedules or job conditions change and be willing to roll with the punches while remaining focused.
• Represent Miracle Electric professionally in every homeowner interaction.
• Help generate positive customer experiences and reviews by doing the simple things exceptionally well.

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
