You must have

• NSW Electrical Licence
• EWP Licence
• A proven track record leading teams on site
• High personal standards and a strong work ethic
• Sharp attention to detail — quality is non‑negotiable
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Clear, confident communication
• Ability to read and interpret drawings without hand‑holding
• Initiative, independence, and the ability to stay ahead of the work

Your Role

You will be the driving force on site. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading day‑to‑day operations on commercial and light industrial projects
• Keeping the construction program on track and anticipating what’s next
• Overseeing installation, commissioning, and general electrical works
• Maintaining direct, daily communication with project management
• Enforcing safety standards and ensuring full compliance
• Understanding project documentation and executing with precision
• Setting the tone for the team through proactive leadership
