Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production systems in support of plant business goals.
2. Reduce plant unplanned losses by increase equipment’s reliability with systematic approach (Kellogg Work System- Reliability Maintenance).
3. Develop maintenance standards (Maintenance tasks: preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, inspection-lubrication, test including calibration) to mitigate risks and maintain equipment basic condition.
4. Develop people’s capability via training and practices
5. Drive to reduce losses by develop maintenance standards, strengthen breakdown elimination process, monitor and control maintenance work management process,  improvement projects/initiatives.
6. Be the part of Reliability Maintenance CoP for best practice sharing / reapplication across the region.
7. May participate in the business planning and budgeting process. Develop short and long-term cost containment/reduction strategies.
8. Accountable for supporting the execution of relevant projects within assigned area/shift.  Monitor project plans and status to ensure completion. Communicate project or program status, work activities, and potential problems to project members, and others as appropriate.  Assign project related work to team members taking into account workload, deadlines, and team members' capabilities.
9. Ensure adequate contractor / consultant levels to achieve the highest value of facility maintenance. Support Plant and Contractor Safety, Food Safety/Quality programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering as Electrical or equivalent.
• MBA or Management degree is preferred.
• Working with manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years maintenance / engineering field of experience with 1 year in manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge of electrical (Power & Control system, instrumentation) is required (mechanical is an advantage).
• Knowledge & experience with Food processing equipment, Packing equipment, Product inspection equipment for food manufacturing plant is preferred.
• English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.
