Electrical Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Hanon Systems (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our operations team. This is a full-time position based in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety and efficiency of our electrical systems and equipment. This position is essential to maintaining continuous production operations and supporting the company's commitment to operational excellence.

**What you'll be doing (**Key Responsibilities)

• Troubleshooting & Corrective Maintenance: Analyze root causes of sudden equipment failures, perform emergency electrical/control system repairs, and ensure minimal production downtime.
• Automation & Control Systems: Inspect, maintain, program, and modify PLC (Mitsubishi), HMI, Servo Drives, Inverters, and various sensors in the production line.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance programs as well as annual machinery inspections.
• Supervision & Contractor Coordination: Supervise electrical technicians to ensure tasks are performed accurately and safely; coordinate with external service vendors and contractors.
• Other Duties: Handle additional assignments and projects as directed by management.

**What we're looking for (**Qualifications & Requirements)

• Gender / Age: Male, 25 years old or above.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills in power systems and electrical control systems.
• In-depth understanding of industrial control components, including PLCs (specifically Mitsubishi), Inverters, Servo Drives, Relays, Sensors, and Motor Controls.
• Soft Skills & Attributes:
• Diligent, highly detail-oriented, accurate, and dedicated.
• Good communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Work Conditions:
• Must be available and willing to work overtime (OT) on weekends and major national holidays (including New Year and Songkran).
