Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of electrical equipment and systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant operations, minimizing equipment downtime, and maintaining electrical safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, distribution boards, and industrial wiring.
• Maintain and service electrical systems, transformers, generators, pumps, and other industrial equipment.
• Inspect and maintain electrical panels, circuit breakers, relays, contactors, and switchgear.
• Diagnose faults in PLC systems, sensors, drives, and motor control circuits, where applicable.
• Monitor equipment performance and take corrective action to prevent recurring breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and applicable standards.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
• Ensure proper use of tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and lockout/tagout procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, control panels, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and electrical testing instruments.
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial automation is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Electrical fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Safety awareness and maintenance documentation.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
