Electrical Maintenance Manager

• Develop and implement electrical maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, plant availability, and operational efficiency.
• Manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems across Cold Rolling Mill, Metal Coating Line, and Color coating line.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, transformers, switchgear, electrical panels, VFDs, PLCs, and power distribution systems.
• Plan and execute routine maintenance, major shutdowns, equipment overhauling, and asset renewal.
• Ensure timely availability of critical spares, optimize maintenance costs, and monitor maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate with production, mechanical maintenance, and EHS teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, maintenance procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, energy conservation, and equipment reliability initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and technical documentation while managing maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Relevant experience in electrical maintenance within the steel, metals, or manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in Cold Rolling Mill, Metal Coating Line, and Color coating line, rolling mills, or similar continuous-process production lines.
• Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, motors, transformers, switchgear, PLCs, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, shutdown planning, and maintenance cost control.
