Electrical Maintenance Specialist

What is the Summary of This Position?

Will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and sustainable management of all production equipment supporting uninterrupted manufacturing and operational activities. It will also ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Quality Management System requirements. The position will report directly to the Infrastructure Team Leader.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic and automation-related failures in factory infrastructure and machinery,
• Conducting root cause analyses of recurring breakdowns and implements corrective and preventive actions,
• Ensuring efficient operation of electrical, electronic and automation systems across the factory, including production, packaging, utilities, generators and UPS Systems,
• Take an active role in annual and preventive maintenance activities,
• Conducting the necessary risk and needs analysis for the electrical infrastructure of new machinery/equipment during installation, ensuring the project is completed properly and on time,
• Ensuring that infrastructure and maintenance processes are carried out in compliance with GMP, Occupational Health and Safety, and Environmental regulations,
• Developing and updating maintenance plans and SOPs for the department as needed,
• Actively participating in energy-saving and energy-efficiency projects,
• Maintaining and entering master data into SAP maintenance plans,
• Determining critical stock levels for new machinery/equipment and maintaining stock levels for existing machinery.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the pharmaceutical industry,
• Having knowledge of SAP PM and QMEX,
• Proficiency in PLC (Operational Technology) applications,
• Having knowledge of computerized manufacturing/production monitoring systems,
• Experience in Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) maintenance activities,
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID drawings,
• Having knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices for pharmaceutical manufacturing), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 50001 management systems,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Willing to live in Düzce.
