Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our electrical maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of electrical maintenance activities across our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that all electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. You will manage maintenance projects, supervise technicians, and collaborate with other departments to uphold the highest standards of electrical safety and performance. This will be working 4 on, 4 off shift patterns of 9 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and safety standards.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of electrical systems and equipment.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of new electrical components, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation systems.
• Review electrical schematics, technical drawings, and system diagrams to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Manage maintenance projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical infrastructure to identify potential hazards or failures before they occur.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies related to electrical work.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience supervising electrical maintenance teams or technicians in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Extensive electrical experience including troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems.
• Mechanical knowledge that complements electrical expertise for comprehensive system understanding.
• Familiarity with reading schematics and technical diagrams for complex electrical systems.
• Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and automation controls is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proactive approach to team development and safety enforcement.
• Fluency in English for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes.
