Job Description: Electrical Incharge

Location: Palghar

Timing: 8 am to 6 pm | Weekly Off: Friday

Salary: 35000-45000 per month (based on experience and current CTC)

Role Overview

The Electrical Incharge will oversee all electrical maintenance activities within the plant, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of electrical systems. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage electrical maintenance activities in the plant.

• Attend to electrical breakdowns to ensure minimal machine downtime.

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment.

• Troubleshoot motors, control panels, starters, VFDs, sensors, contactors, relays, and electrical circuits.

• Monitor and maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, compressors, and other electrical utilities.

• Ensure the proper functioning of machine electrical systems and production equipment.

• Supervise electrical installations, modifications, and commissioning of new equipment.

• Maintain records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance, energy consumption, and electrical inspections.

• Coordinate with external electricians, contractors, and service providers as needed.

• Maintain an adequate stock of critical electrical spares.

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements, and statutory safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing plant

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, troubleshooting skills, experience with motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, and industrial wiring

Other Skills: Ability to lead a team and independently handle breakdown situations

Communication: Not necessary
