About the Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of complex manufacturing electrical systems. You will leverage your expertise in diagnostics and system optimization to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our facility.

Responsibilities

• Execute the installation, calibration, and repair of diverse industrial electrical infrastructure to ensure continuous production flow.
• Perform comprehensive preventive maintenance on critical assets, including PLCs, microprocessors, high-voltage distribution networks, and sophisticated measuring instrumentation.
• Diagnose complex electrical faults in radio-controlled cranes, ultrasonic equipment, and programmable controllers to restore functionality rapidly.
• Interpret intricate technical schematics and blueprints to guide precise system modifications and upgrades.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to safety standards and electrical codes to foster a secure working environment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine equipment performance and implement long-term reliability improvements.
• Maintain detailed digital logs of all maintenance activities to support data-driven asset management.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a recognized Journeyman certification.
• Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting electrical circuits, industrial controls, and high-voltage systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both autonomously and within a collaborative team structure.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on precision and detailed problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of a formal electrical apprenticeship program.
• Experience with advanced diagnostic tools such as voltage detectors and precision measurement gauges.
• Proven track record of success within a high-volume manufacturing or production environment.
