We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician / Facilities Tech III to help maintain our Fort Myers operation.

This isn't a construction job. You're not chasing the next project or reporting to a different jobsite every few months. You'll work in one primary facility, learn its systems, solve problems, make improvements, and see the results of your work.

LeeSar is hiring a Facilities Tech III with strong electrical experience in Fort Myers.

What You’ll Do

• Perform general building maintenance including painting, drywall repair, lighting, plumbing, flooring, and minor mechanical work
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot issues independently and make sound repair decisions
• Prioritize daily work orders and respond to service requests with urgency
• Document completed work accurately in the maintenance system
• Serve as part of the on-call rotation when required
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Electrical certification or license preferred; equivalent commercial electrical experience will be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on facilities or building maintenance experience
• Broad working knowledge of general maintenance trades (no special licensing required)
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with sufficient fluency to perform duties and communicate safety concerns
• Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Willingness to work occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed
